In case your Spanish is a little rusty, Cinco de Mayo is Spanish for “The 5th of May.” In Mexico this is considered to be more of a political holiday, but here in the United States we like to spice things up! Cinco de Mayo is coming up quickly! Have you thought about what you’re going to be eating/drinking to celebrate? Probably not. We have taken care of the menu for you!
